Many of our plushies are made with plastic eyes and are not intended for pets or children under three years old.
Items may become squished and misshapen while shipping, and can be gently reshaped.
It is common for new plushies to shed, and while we stuff our plushies firmly, over time, stuffing may settle and soften.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Goosey Girls Creations does not accept returns, with the exception of if you received the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective.
